SECTION 1 - RETURNS

OG Mushroom & Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. do not offer a return service for products once purchased, however you can reach out to our support team at "[email protected]" within 2 days of receiving your order to citing the reason you wish to request a return.

Provide your order number and our customer support team will promptly assist you.

SECTION 2 - REFUNDS

If your reason for return is in accordance to the reasons stated below, OG Mushroom & Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. will initiate a return, inspect your item once returned and process your refund. Please note the following details about our refund process:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

SECTION 3 - CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned within 2 days from the date of delivery. A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) must be provided.

Perishable items like Hiratake Mushrooms are eligible for return only if there is a quality issue or damage during transit or if the pack has any unusual puffing.

Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if such issues arise.

SECTION 4 - EXCHANGES

OG Mushroom & Superfoods Pvt. Ltd. do not offer direct exchanges for our products.

SECTION 5 - CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a cancellation. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
